Tincorp has been a high added value Supplier for the Books and Books Holding and its Companies, since they have provided us with solutions for server infrastructure, security, licensing, connectivity, antivirus, but they have really managed to interpret our particular needs and give us a comprehensive solution.
They have allowed us to grow with the flexibility of virtualization, increase productivity with cloud mail and Lync videoconferencing solutions, within the solution they included Consulting, Design, Planning, Implementation, Support and training services.

During the process prior to the development of the project, we received consulting services from our supplier Tincorp, which allowed Ospinas y Cia. S.A to make the decision to acquire a solution based on Microsoft technologies.
The architecture design included new servers, the reuse of current servers, the redefinition of roles for these servers using a virtualization scheme and server consolidation.

We found in Tincorp a supplier that met our demanding needs since our organization is distributed in Latin American countries (Argentina, Costa Rica, and Colombia). We have the consulting, sales, implementation and training of the team by Tincorp. The solution is to send emails to third parties, we use user backup with the one drive.
The vast majority of our communications and conferences are done through Lync, interacting with our headquarters in Latin America.
